assignment -6

Introduction

-The angle made in the center of circle with any two line segment made from the points at circumference of the circle is called central angle. - And the angle made in the circumference of circle with any two line segment made from the points at circumference of the circle is called inscribed angle . then, inscribed angle in a circle is always half of the central that subtends by same arc.

Objectives

An dynamic applet of the inscribed angle in a circle is half of the central angle that subtends by same arc.

User Guideline

-Drag/move the points C,D and E of the figure then the value of central angle and inscribed angle changes i but it take changes 2 times of inscribed angle is one times of central angle . so, we can say that inscribed angle in a circle is half of the central angle subtends by the same arc.

Question

In above Figure, move the points C,D and E then inscribed angle is always half of the central angle?

protocol

construction steps;- 1.Draw a circle with center A and a point B in circumference of circle ( by circle toolbar )then you can hide the point B. 2.Take two points C and D in anywhere of the circumference of the circle. 3.Draw circular arc from the center A to point C and D by anticlockwise direction.(circular arc ACD) 4.Again draw circular arc from the center point A to the points C and D by anticlockwise direction.(circular arc ADC) 5.Take a point E between the points C and D in the circumference of the circle. 6. Join points A and C,A and D, C and E, D and E. 7. Take the angle CAD and CED. 8.Enhance the construction using style bar .(such as ; color, dynamic text ........etc ) At last save your ggb applet .
