y = (-2/3) x - 5/3

y = (-2x - 5 )/3
= (-2/3) x - 5/3

slope = -2/3
y-intercept = - 5/3
x -intercept:

0 = (-2/3)x - 5/3
5/3 = (-2/3) x
x = -5/2

So we know two points: (0,-5/3) and (-5/2,0)

connect these two points, slope will be -2/3 to check your work

That's it, there's your graph.
